Apartamento Bairro Alto and Apartamento Bica

Our two 1 bedroom apartments are located in Travessa do Caldeira, in the centre of Santa Catarina (or Bica) neighbourhood, in a completely renovated old building. Both apartments enjoy magnificent views over the Tagus, 25th of April bridge, the parliament building and the Basilica.

Accommodation for up to 4 people –  as the sofa-bed has a very comfortable latex mattress. Living-room and bedroom have air conditionning. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher.  LCD television, including international channels, DVD and CD players are available for your enjoyment. 

Apartamento Estrela

Our 3rd apartment has 3 bedrooms and is at the 1st floor of a completely renovated old building aldo in Travessa do Caldeira. From the living-room you will be albe to see Basilica of Estrela and enjoy the view over Lisbon's roofs. The apartment is also fully equipped and has air conditioning.

These apartments can be rented for a minimum of 3 days in high season (around week-ends and bank holidays) and 2 days in low season. Linen and towels are included.

You will have the possibility to enjoy the wonderful breakfast at Casa do Bairro B&B, only 3 minutes walk from the apartment for only 7€ per person. Amenities such as internet access, reading room, patio... are all available for free at the B&B.

Arrival time is usually between 3 and 8pm and apartments must be vacated by 11am. Should you require a late arrival or late check-out, talk to us, we will try to help. As we are aware that many planes land very early, you are free to come as soon as you arrive in Lisbon and leave your luggage with us until the apartment is ready.
