¡¡¡¡Es como tener una casa en Lisboa!!!
La verdad es que yo no me esperaba nada más que un B&B...el lugar donde dormir no tenía demasiada importancia pero su ubicación sí. Queríamos alojarnos en algún barrio típico de Lisboa. El B&B sobre el cual no tenía ninguna expectativa fue LA SORPRESA DEL VIAJE!!! ¿Por qué? porque Alex y Vasco nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, prácticas, puestas con mucho gusto, siempre impecables! Esos desayunos caseros (Qué pan! qué mermeladas!) , como en familia, sin prisas...vacaciones reales. Pero lo mejor de todo, SIN DUDA , el trato de Alex y Vasco. Nos trataron como si fuésemos amigos, nos dieron un montón de consejos para disfrutar aún más de la maravillosa ciudad de Lisboa, estaban siempre disponibles para todo lo que necesitásemos...en fin, UNA MARAVILLA. La verdad es que siento como si tuviese una casita en Lisboa y estoy segura de que volveré! ¡Os acosnejo probar la experiencia de CASA DO BAIRRO! Tal vez nos crucemos desayunando.....

Friendly and comfortable, in the heart of an authentic neighbourhood
Just returned from an exceptionally pleasant stay at Casa de Bairro. It’s a recently refurbished building in a traditional residential part of Lisbon, so you get the best of both worlds: modern comfort in an authentic area. Very nNice rooms, good breakfasts and exceptionally helpful and friendly owners who are happy to give advice in various languages about what to do, where to go, where to eat etc. in the immediate area and Lisbon as a whole. This is certainly an option worth considering if you want a comfortable stay in an area of Lisbon populated by the locals. Warmly recommended!

Très agréable
Nos trois journées à Lisbonne ont été très agréables ... bien que le temps ne fut pas extra. L'appartement était très bien. Nous ne manquerons pas de le conseiller à des amis venant sur votre ville.

Ein sehr schönes und komfortabel eingerichtetes Appartement im Herzen von Lissabon und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht über Lissabon, zum Tejo und die Brücke des 25. April ist sehr schön und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut! We spent one week before easter in the appartement in bica. It's very nice and comfortabel furnished, with a great view over lissabon, the tejo to the bridge of the 25th of april. Even it is in the heart of the city, it was calm. The nice couple of the little café in the street, Vincent and his wife, were always very helpful and friendly. So we had a good time and can just recommend this appartement, if somebody want to visit Lissabon

Straordinario
Il nostro soggiorno nel tuo appartamento è stato molto piacevole e soddisfacente. Ci complimentiamo anche per il buon gusto nell'arredamento che non è certo consueto trovare in casi del genere. Anche i gestori del bar, che ci hanno consegnato le chiavi, sono stati molto cortesi, e ti preghiamo ringraziarli ancora per conto nostro. Straordinario poi il colombo che la mattina veniva a bussare ai vetri e che pizzicava con il becco le nostre mani. Grazie Gianfranco e Carla

UN TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR
CE FUT UN WEEK-END SUPER SYMPA.NOUS SOMMES PARTIS AVEC NOS 2 GRANDS ENFANTS IL FALLAIT DONC TROUVER UNE LOCATION DANS LE CENTRE DE LISBONNE. CE FUT CHOSE FAITE. DANS L'APPARTEMENT TOUT ETAIT HARMONIE : LA DECO.(très actuelle)L'EQUIPEMENT (rien ne manque, y compris quelques CD notamment de FADO histoire de vous imprégner de l'ambiance liboete)ET LA VUE SUR LE CELEBRE PONT DU 25 ABRIL MERCI ALEXANDRE POUR VOTRE DISPONIBILITE ET GENTILLESSE, MERCI AU GERANT DU CAFE D EN BAS, SI AIMABLE ET SOURIANT DERRIERE SA PETITE MOUSTACHE. VRAIMENT DE QUOI REUSSIR UN TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR

appartement à Costa da Caparica
Séjour très agréable, dans un appartement très bien équipé et spacieux. A deux pas de la mer, l'idéal pour se reposer dune journée de visites à Lisbonne et de promenades. Les enfants se sont même baigné ! ( début avril). Bien desservi par les transports en commun ( bus et bateau), nous allions tous les jours à Lisbonne; et le dernier jour avons visité Cascais. Magnifique le Portugal! Merci pour ces vacances très dépaysantes.

Merci alexandre pour louer des appartements aussi confortables. Je n'ai rien à dire tout a été parfait et croyez moi que je suis très exigeant sur la qualité. Mais là je n'ai rien à dire. Merci aussi à tout les lisboètes rencontrés durant notre séjour, qui furent d'une adorable gentillesse. Une chose est sûre c'est que nous reviendrons, vous venez de gagner de futurs clients. We had a great stay at the Bica Apartment. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Lots of stairs to climb but worth it to have the beautiful view. Very centrally located amongst the many hills throughout town. Never heard neighbors, nor complaints for the TV and music that we played reasonably loud...very private place! We picked up the keys from the local mini-market and continued to visit the market to ask questions from the very friendly owners...and sometimes the locals which all treated us very kindly. Friendly and helpfull service from Alexandre, the owner of the apartment. Lisbon is a great town and look forward to visiting again.
