We couldn't be happier!
We stayed at Casa do Bairro This Past Weekend,And we couldn't be happier! From the amazing,house warming room,to They're Very kind hospitality,They made our stay there very homey! They even helped us out by telling us where to sight see,and where to party! ^_^
We know exactly where we will be staying next time we're in Lisbon!!! Thanks for everything!!

Superbe séjour
Superbe séjour à Lisbonne en partie parce que la ville est surprenante, lumineuse , parce que les autochtones sont incroyables mais aussi grâce à Casa do Bairro. Un lieu magique au milieu d'un quartier populaire ( dans le bon sens du terme) à deux pas des grands axes de transport et du centre historique. Accueil parfait, les hôtes sont super sympathiques, polyglottes, amoureux de leur ville ce qui ne gâche rien (jamais avares de petits conseils, de plans...) , petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La chambre était spacieuse(nous étions 4 dont deux enfants), indépendante (pour le bruit) et confortable avec une décoration très sympa.
Quand je repense à ce séjour, j' ai encore le sourire et la salive au coin des lèvres. "les gâteaux de Belem" Quel régale!! A la hauteur de ce voyage.

mi sono trovato benissimo, Joao e Vasco sono molto disponibili, danno ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare e sono di grande simpatia. Colazione abbondante e gustosa, pulizia delle camere e arredamenti curati sono quello che troverete in questo bb. la posizione e' ottima, a due passi, in salita, dal bairro alto e chiado. Lisbona e' costruita su sette colli quindi se non amate camminare in salita..qui siamo sul colle di Santa Caterina quindi ci si arrampica un pochino, alcuni tassisti cercano di lasciarvi un po prima ma solo perché' non amano perdere tempo per uscire dal bairro.

Even Better Than Expected
We stayed at Casa do Bairro following TripAdvisor recommendations. We were in no way disappointed. Alex and Vasco are kind and generous hosts--very warm hospitality. They are helpful and welcoming in every way. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Everything new and comfortable. The breakfasts are outstanding, always fresh fruits and those homemade compotes, yummy! The inn is in a wonderful neighborhood, restaurants close by, public transportation very close. Just bring good walking shoes, so you can walk your feet off like we did. We found we could walk almost everywhere. Would love to go back to Lisbon and would want to stay nowhere else.

Simply the best
This place is truly amazing and a fabulous find! Hidden away from the touristy area in a cool edgy part of town it is one of the best places we have ever stayed - we travel the world and stay in many hotels and guest houses but this was totally authentic to the region, a creative finish with a chilled ambience. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to the fabulous undiscovered city of Lisbon.

Juste un mot pour vous remercier de votre splendide accueil. Vous avez une formule originale et très soignée, et votre avenance est impeccable (et sympathique). Nous vous recommanderons aux gens qui prévoient aller au Portugal, et nous espérons y retourner nous-mêmes un jour (et ce sera che vous, c'est sûr). Il fait décidément bon vivre à Lisboa.
Ici, on a une belle petite neige au sol, ça fait quand même un certain contraste 8-)

I would highly recommend this accommodation
We stayed here for four nights in an apartment adjacent to the b and b . The apartment was bright, airy, spotless and very well equipped. The accommodation is centrally located in a working neighbourhood with views of the hills and rooftops of Lisbon . The highlight of our stay was the great breakfast provided at the b and b which included cakes freshly baked each day. Alex, Joao and staff were so friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure to finish breakfast and they had time to sit and chat to their guests. I will definitely be back.
